Privacy Policy for Members, Former Members, and Supporters

The information we have on file concerning yourself will be restricted to your name, postal address, email addresses and telephone number. We will also record whether you are a paid-up member of ARFC and your category of membership; e.g., playing member or social member.

How we will use information about you

We will use this information to advise you of events concerning ARFC; e.g., forthcoming fixtures, match results, social events, fund-raising events, general meetings, membership renewal dates and other matters of general interest to members and supporters of an amateur sports club. We will not use your information for any other purposes.

Data security

We have put in place appropriate measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. We limit access to your personal information to those officers of ARFC who have a business need to know. All ARFC officers have and will be notified in future that they have a duty of confidentiality.
